Former Prosecutor in both Nevada and Oklahoma. Nine years as prosecutor in Nevada, handles all types of criminal cases and appeared before the Nevada Supreme Court. Member of vehicular crimes unit for 5 1/2 years handling DUI cases from misdemeanor through felony death cases. Has tried cases on Court TV as well as Las Vegas one cable station. Member of unit awarded adjudication award for top Prosecutors in nation by National Commission Against Drunk Driving, 2003. Numerous awards from Stop DUI for work as prosecutor.
